Job Descriptions
• Actively involve in proposal development process with the proposal development team members from various groups
• Conduct preliminary business requirement analysis
• Conduct software estimating including software size, effort, resources, and cost as for the basis of project budget.
• Manages staffs of professional responsible for software development and delivery of agreed project deliverables.
• Plan and ensure that the required resources and skills are sufficient to perform the project tasks
Track and monitor assigned projects to ensure that project milestones, cost, and quality are adhered to, and meet budget objectives.
• Responsible for management and oversight of the whole project life cycle including the requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, integration, UAT, and maintenance of the assigned project
• Evaluate project team members’ performance, acquire staffing for projects, and establish internal/external training plans for project
• Coach & develop project team members
• Plan and utilize effective communication channels to manage multiple relationships among relevant stakeholders including customer, team members, vendors, partners, and subcontractors in order to obtain commitment, manage expectation, monitor project status, progress, issues, and risk, report and escalate if exceeding agreed limit to MFEC management
• Initiate and develop a work culture that promotes the retention of high quality team members.
• Liaise with customer and MFEC support team for smooth transition from project acceptance to warrantee/maintenance period as well as ensuring well project documentation in place and conducting maintenance process introductory session for customer and relevant stakeholders

Education
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or related fields
Experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in software industry and at least 2 years in project management with familiar in Banking, Finance and Telco application.
• Knowledgeable in sophisticate enterprise software architecture, e.g., J2EE, .NET, etc.
• Familiar with PMP and other project management methodologies is preferable
Skill
• Project management skill.

• Good command of english both written and spoken skill
