Job Descriptions
• Creates and drives implementation of advertising, direct marketing, promotions and seminars and proactive management of revenue, profit and growth by working closely with sales force and marketing staff and ready to support them by integrate customer requirements with Cisco products and services to create solutions and communicate to customers purpose to do up-selling.
• For instance when an account manager goes to see a customer, Product Manager must accompany with him/her to support about Cisco solution by gain opportunity, Sales talking, make the client confident to MFEC, attack weak point of the other Cisco partners etc.
• Product Manager has to understand competitor’s positioning and strategies and be able to find out the weak points and how to attack.
• Leads cross-functional teams; influences and coordinates marketing activities across multiple sales team, business unit and lines of businesses.
• Builds relationships at all levels between Cisco-MFEC sales/marketing staff, distributors and resellers and customers.
(Solve relationship issue: (1). Between Cisco AMs and MFEC AMs especially any deal concern about some Cisco AM (2). MFEC Sales force and market or network support team)
• Prepare Quarter Business Review (QBR): Number, time line, action plan from business plan with Cisco-MFEC sales team
• Provides and responsible to any information on Cisco Sales Rack into MFEC Portal (intranet website).
• Collaborate with Cisco Channel Account Manager to broadcast any message from Cisco Channel team to sales force.
• Collect Cisco Funnel from LPN Sales people then report it to management team purpose to monitor the pipeline status ,forecasting, time frame ,account responsibility, and trendy of Cisco Advance Technology bookings.

Experience
• The ideal candidate will use their extensive technical, industry and business knowledge in marketing internetworking technologies and applications to develop and evolve long-term strategies while consistently driving tactical projects in championing product lines, service lines and technology.
• Technical background including a detailed understanding of networking and Cisco products and services is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of and sustained expertise with Cisco Advance Technologies is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated superior verbal, written communication, presentation, project management, negotiation and decision-making skills are required
